September 2019 – I was out roaming around enjoying a very nice sunny day when I noticed someone quite upset because they had lost their prescription glasses. This person was just visiting and on vacation but did not count on having to spend another 200 dollars to go get new glasses. They were visibly upset because they were on a tight budget and trying to keep expenses down. I immediately offered to take them to the local Lenscrafters store and replace their glasses. At first they declined not wanting to accept any help but I persuaded them to accept my gift. There was a sale on so I bought them a new pair of frames and lenses for less than expected and it was all completed in one hour. It made me really happy to help and it gives other people the reassurance that kindness is still out there.
