Today when I went to the grocery store I put too many little things in my cart and came up short. I asked the cashier if I could take some stuff out and the lady behind me said “Don’t worry I got it.” I offered to send her the money back – I was $3.54 short but she refused. I know it seems so little but for a single mother who is unemployed at the moment those $3.54 seem like a million to me. That is a tank of gas or food for her family. So to you lady at HEB in Harlingen, TX please know that your act did not go unnoticed and I will be paying it forward. You have made mine and my family’s day
