During this very challenging time, it can be difficult to show compassion when people are afraid of other people but sometimes we all need to keep it all in context and just do one thing at a time.  When times are rough and people are alone and scared it helps to smile and share kindness and compassion.  This is needed now more than ever and kindness can be infectious so spread it and pass it on to as many people as you can.

I make an effort each day to randomly do small acts of kindness from buying someone their groceries to giving away bottles of Purell.  I have been helping students with meals, groceries, and even medical supplies.  I also brought leftover pizza to a street person just to help and I did not need any more of it.
